How to find us

You’ll find the hamlet of Dudleston halfway between Chester and Shrewsbury (26 and 25 miles, respectively), and Birmingham and Manchester (both 67 miles), whilst Stoke is 44 miles away and Liverpool 49 miles.

From the north (via the A483), or the south and west (via the A5), proceed to the Gledrid roundabout (the nearest roundabout to the Welsh / English border). Exit onto the B5070 towards St. Martin’s, continuing through the village towards Overton on the B5069, for just over three miles in total. At the staggered crossroads turn right, signposted Dudleston, continuing on this lane for 0.7 miles before turning left, signposted Dudleston Church, proceeding along this lane, passing the church on your left. Castle Farm Holidays is 0.3 miles on the left, just before the entrance to the farmhouse. If you’re travelling from the east, via the A525, A539 and A528 from Whitchurch (and beyond), through Overton, you’ll reach the Dudleston turning on the B5069 from the opposite direction.

The nearest railway station is Gobowen (5.4 miles) on the Shrewsbury to Chester line.
